The NY Post reported that Christian Louboutin has said he needs a court order to keep competitors from walking all over his business of red-soled shoes. Louboutin - already suing Yves Saint Laurent for trademark infringement - claimed a private eye working for him recently learned that rival Christian Dior was soon set to start selling shoes with his signature scarlet sole.
